ABOUT OUR AGENCYOur agency opened in July 2023 and has grown to a strong team of 8 talented professionals. Before opening my own office, I worked in the human services field and got my start in insurance by joining a friend who had just opened her agency. That experience inspired me to pursue the Aspirant Program and eventually build my own agency.I’m a proud graduate of the University of Oregon, where I graduated top 10 in my class. My husband and I have lived in this area our entire lives and are deeply rooted in the community. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
