"I am so very upset with this agency. Not only were they over charging us but they cancelled the policy after I put 2 vehicles and was requesting a 3rd be put into storage because I was getting ready to deploy. What an abomination to our service members! Our household has 40+ years of driving left and not only will we NEVER use State Farm again, but I tell all of my military friends and family---never mind, I tell everyone I know how despicably this company behaved. USAA got us back onto their insurance for more than $100 a month cheaper! (that is just an FYI not getting paid to say that or anything). --Kristin, I see your response. And, again I say you are full of bull. No other insurance agency is holding loose Walmart carts(that hit our car), rocks thrown at the windshield (that hit our car), or 50 mile an hour gusting winds during tornado season against us. -While I was TDY no less! In fact, the carts wasn't even with you--it was years ago with USAA. So, no Kristin. NO! You were losing 4 of the 5 vehicles we had listed with you because I was leaving. Everything was fine on that call. Then, a week later we get the letter saying you are dropping us. A spade is a spade and you used it to dig the hole you are burying yourself in. Keep your apologies, I trust people when they show me who they are the 1st time."
